1. Services Provided

We offer AI-generated BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) reports and optional human expert consultations. All readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out the form. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the reports provided.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. All prices are in US Dollars ($) and are one-time fees (no subscription). Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once an AI report has been generated or a human consultation has been delivered. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Human Expert Consultation

When you purchase the Human Expert plan, we will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours to arrange a text-based Q&A session (no video call). The consultation is limited to questions related to your BaZi chart. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, code) is the property of BIRTHCHART. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our reports without written permission. The reports you receive are for your personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any report. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIRTHCHART shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
